Tax Practice Manager
With a background in client services, operations, quality assurance, training and development, and office management, I bring my years of experience to the clients and team of Potentia Tax. I am responsible for creating a seamless onboarding experience to our new clients as well as serving our legacy clients. Applying my training in Six Sigma, I innovate operational procedures and processes, minimize errors, and increase the client experience. I am a firm believer in the power of effective communication which enhances the ability to provide exceptional customer service.
Originally from the Philippines where I still have family, it is one of my favorite places to travel, laugh, and recharge. I live with my wife in San Jose where we enjoy hiking, spending time outdoors, listening to music, and watching movies.
